It usually starts off more quickly than that in the beginning, but that’s an average. Step 3: Set New Ones Look at the steps it will take to achieve such a goal. You can look around our website and find a lot of different strategies, and recipes, and ideas to make that happen. Again, the first thing is to write down something that you will work towards and that you want to achieve by a certain date that is tangible, that is within reach.
